Minimum stay: 3 nights during low season, 4 nights during high season and August.
Security deposit: A security deposit of Euro 300 in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
We need a photocopy of your passport.
Check-in and check out time: unless otherwise stated, the earliest check-in time is 14:00 (2:00 p.m.) and the latest check-out time is 10:00 a.m. However, if possible, you may check-in and check-out at the time which is more convenient to you (just ask us).
For check in after 20:00 (8:00 p.m.) or check out before 07:30 a.m., you will be asked to pay 30 Euro extra.
The price includes: gas and electricity consumption, Internet Wireless (Wi-Fi) connection, linens, towels and final cleaning.
Only one set of keys is provided.
Maid service on request.
